Last updated: October 31, 2026. Version 2026-10-31.
1. Agreement
1.1 Parties. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Maple & Main Chamber of Commerce (demo) ("we", "us"). "You" means the person who accepts these Terms.
1.2 Scope. These Terms govern your use of the booking site at demo.roomreservation.app (the "Service") and of the rooms, spaces, and equipment you book through it at [your location's name and address] (the "Facility").
1.3 Acceptance. You accept these Terms by checking the acceptance box next to the link to them. You may not use the Service until you accept them. Our Privacy Notice describes how we handle your personal information and is part of these Terms.
2. Accounts
2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book.
2.2 Account information. You will give us a true name and email address and keep them current.
2.3 Sign-in codes. You sign in with a one-time code we send you. You will not share a sign-in code with anyone. You are responsible for all bookings and activity under your account, except activity that results from our own failure to secure the Service.
2.4 Membership status. Member pricing and member-only spaces depend on your membership level and active status in our membership records. If your membership is not active, public prices and public access rules apply.
3. Bookings
3.1 Confirmed time only. A booking entitles you to use the booked space or equipment only during the confirmed time shown in your booking confirmation.
3.2 Booking limits. Each space and machine has open hours, open days, a booking length, and a daily maximum per person, shown on the Service. We may refuse or cancel any booking that exceeds those limits.
3.3 Bookings by staff. Our staff may make a booking for you at your request. A booking staff make for you is your booking under these Terms and is priced at your membership level.
3.4 Confirmation. A paid booking is confirmed only after your payment is completed. We hold an unpaid slot briefly during checkout and release it if payment is not completed.
4. Prices, payment, and tax
4.1 Price shown before you book. The Service shows the total price, including any membership discount, discount code, supplies, and tax, before you confirm a booking. You agree to pay that total.
4.2 Discounts. When both a membership discount and a discount code apply, only the larger discount applies.
4.3 Tax. We charge [state] sales tax on paid bookings and supplies where it applies.
4.4 Payment. We are the seller of every booking. Payments are processed by our payment processor, and your card information is collected and stored by that processor, not by us.
5. Cancellations and refunds
5.1 Your cancellation. You may cancel a booking on the Service before it starts. [If you cancel 24 hours or more before the start time, we refund the full amount paid. If you cancel later, the amount paid is non-refundable.]
5.2 Our cancellation. If we cancel a booking for any reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund the full amount you paid for it.
5.3 How refunds are paid. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
6. Facility rules, equipment, and damage
6.1 Rules. You will follow the rules posted at the Facility and on the Service, keep spaces clean, and leave them as you found them.
6.2 Equipment and safety. You will follow the safety procedures for each machine. Some machines require a one-time safety sign-off before your first booking. Use of equipment involves a risk of injury and property damage; you assume those risks for your own use.
6.3 Supplies. Where supplies are charged by use, we charge an estimate when you book and adjust it to what you actually used afterward. You authorize us to charge or refund the difference to the card you used, and we email you an updated receipt.
6.4 Damage. You are responsible for damage to the Facility or its equipment caused by you or anyone in your booking, other than normal wear.
6.5 Door access. Where a booked space has a door connected to the Service, you may unlock it from shortly before your booking starts until it ends. You will not let in anyone who is not part of your booking or share unlock access.
7. Suspension
7.1 By us. We may suspend or end your access to the Service or the Facility, and cancel your future bookings, if you breach these Terms.
7.2 By you. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.
8. Messages
8.1 Service messages. By creating an account, you agree to receive emails about your account and bookings, including sign-in codes, confirmations, reminders, cancellations, refunds, and receipts. We do not use the Service to send you marketing messages.
9. Disclaimers and liability
9.1 As available. EXCEPT AS STATED IN THESE TERMS, THE SERVICE AND THE FACILITY ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
9.2 Limit. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE AND $100. THIS DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW US TO LIMIT.
9.3 Service providers. The companies that host and operate the Service for us are not parties to these Terms and owe you no obligations under them. Section 9 also protects them.
10. Changes and general terms
10.1 Changes. We may change these Terms by posting a new version with a new date. A change applies to you after you accept the new version in the Service.
